These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern use of Reelxam (the "Service"), a personal, single-operator tool that automates the production and publishing of short-form videos to its operator's own social media channels. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Reelxam generates short-form videos and publishes them to channels owned by its author and sole operator, José Alejandro Niño (the "operator"), via the official APIs of the connected platforms (such as TikTok and YouTube). It is not a commercial service, is not offered to the public, and is not available for anyone other than the operator to use. There are no accounts, no customers and no sign-up.
If the Service is ever made available to anyone other than its operator, these Terms will be rewritten to describe that arrangement beforehand.
Reelxam uses YouTube API Services. By using Reelxam, you are agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Access granted to Reelxam can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
The Service publishes only to channels owned by the operator, using credentials the operator has explicitly authorized through each platform's own OAuth consent flow. It does not access, read or publish to any channel belonging to anyone else. What data is stored and how is described in the Privacy Policy.
All content published through the Service is produced by the operator and published to the operator's own channels. The content is produced using generative AI tools, and every YouTube upload discloses that it contains altered or synthetic content using the disclosure field provided by the API. The operator holds all necessary rights to that content and is solely responsible for complying with the community guidelines and terms of each connected platform.
The Service is not used to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading or harmful content, nor to abuse the connected platforms' APIs.
The Service is personal software provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. It is not sold, licensed or supported. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no liability is accepted for any indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, including content removed or accounts actioned by a connected platform.
These Terms may be updated. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
