These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Reelxam (the "Service"), a tool that automates the production and publishing of short-form videos to social media accounts you connect. By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Reelxam generates short-form videos and, when you authorize it, publishes them to your connected accounts (such as TikTok and YouTube) on your behalf via their official APIs.
To publish on your behalf, you grant Reelxam access to the relevant social platform through that platform's OAuth flow. You may revoke this access at any time from the platform's settings or by contacting us. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
You retain ownership of the content you create or publish through the Service. You represent that you hold all necessary rights to that content and that publishing it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate the rules of the platforms you publish to. You are solely responsible for complying with the community guidelines and terms of each connected platform.
You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, infringing, misleading, or harmful content, or to abuse the connected platforms' APIs.
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reelxam is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including content removed or accounts actioned by a connected platform.
You may stop using the Service and revoke its access at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
