Reelxam (the "Service") is a personal, single-operator tool that automates the production and publishing of short-form videos to its operator's own social media channels. It is not offered to the public and has no users other than its author and sole operator, José Alejandro Niño (the "operator").
Reelxam uses YouTube API Services. This policy explains what information the Service handles, how it is used, and how access can be revoked.
For YouTube specifically, the Service requests a single OAuth scope,
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload, which permits uploading
videos and nothing else. It requests no read access to YouTube data, and reads none.
The stored tokens are used solely to upload videos produced by the operator to the operator's own channels, together with their title, description and tags. Every YouTube upload declares that it contains altered or synthetic (AI-generated) content, and declares its intended audience, using the disclosure fields provided by the API.
Content is transmitted only to the platforms the operator has explicitly connected (such as TikTok and YouTube), for the sole purpose of publishing it to the operator's own channels, in accordance with their APIs and policies. No information is sold, shared or disclosed to any other third party.
Authorization tokens are stored in a database on the operator's own private, self-hosted infrastructure, which is not exposed to the public internet. They are used only to perform the uploads the operator requests. No third party has access to the system or its database.
Tokens are retained only while the integration is in use, and are deleted when access is revoked or the tool is decommissioned. Because the only data subject is the operator, deletion is performed directly by the operator against the database.
In addition to that normal deletion procedure, access granted to the Service can be revoked at any time via the Google security settings page at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions, or from the connected platform's own settings. Revocation immediately and permanently prevents the Service from uploading.
Reelxam uses YouTube API Services. By using Reelxam, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Any change to this policy will be published at this URL with an updated date. If the Service is ever made available to anyone other than its operator, this policy will be rewritten to describe that arrangement before any third party connects an account.
